Obtaining the application form

Parents who wish to apply for admission should obtain the prospectus and admission form on the payment of Rs. 500/-. This can be rendered in cash only.

Duly completed applications form must be submitted in the office on or before stipulated date. The required documents as mentioned in admission form shall be attached with the application form.

Original transfer certificate, duly endorsed and counter signed with the designated government authority.

Attested Xerox Marksheet of previous class

Attested birth certificate in case admission is sought in entry class.

2 colored passport size photograph.

Attested Xerox Addhar Card of the child

AAPAR ID and PEN (Permanent Education Number) of student
